All dogs brought to the kennel are required to be leashed when dropping off and picking up. This will eliminate the possibility of your dog running off, and insure the safety of the surrounding neighborhood.

Payment is expected at time of pick-up

No children under the age of 12 years will be able to enter the kennel.

Week-end drop off and pick-up will be allowed if pre-arrangements have been made. My rule is to call first with the time you called. If I'm out for awhile, I will call you back when I return home. You will be pro-rated at the time you called, NOT the time you actually picked up the dog.

Drop offs

Drop offs need to be scheduled ahead of time. No matter what time you arrive the day you drop off, you will be charged for the whole day.Because I am a small kennel, when I take your reservation, I'm reserving that space starting on that day.

Pick-ups

I prefer to have drop offs scheduled ahead of time.  But I do realize, travel plans can change and delays can occur. Although I consider week-ends my days to relax before the hectic week beings again, I will allow you to pick-up on Saturday and Sunday following these few rules 1.Don't come directly to my kennel upon arriving home, unless you've reached me on your cell phone first.  When you get home, call me. If you reach the answering machine, leave a phone # you can be contacted ,AND THE TIME you called. I will pro-rate your charge as to when you called NOT the time you actually picked up your dog. And if I answer, GREAT you can come get your dog directly. AND I MEAN DIRECTLY! 2.I will not let anybody drop-off or pick-up after 8:30 pm.
